How Does It Work?

Students finish remaining high school courses online. There are no real-time classes or set log-in times, allowing them to set their own schedules. Each student gets a laptop and wifi hotspot while enrolled to work on assignments.

Courses only take three weeks. Assignments are due every Wednesday in our student portal. As long as everything gets done on time, it doesn’t matter when or where classes are completed.

Students also have a personal support team. They help learners stay on track, navigate barriers that could interfere with school, and meet other students in the program. Graduates earn a diploma from a LCPS when they meet all the requirements!

What Are the Program Qualifications?

To qualify for this program, you must…

  • Be between the ages of 15 and 21 — You must be 21 or younger on the first day of school.
  • Be approved by LCPS.

Have a student in your life who can’t or won't attend high school? Are they severely behind in credits? Struggling with medical issues? Needing to work full-time?

What is This Program?

LCPS partners with Graduation Alliance to provide students throughout New Mexico with a free, virtual high school program. This is an official school program to help students ages 15-21 finish school — when and where it works best for them.
